An anchoring in core foundation skills: handbuilding, wheel work and an introduction to firing options. Ideal for beginners, those wanting to "get back into it" and those wanting to regain their beginner's mind.

July 22-28 :: PROCESS IMMERSION :: the full cycle ::
Including handbuilding, wheel work and glazing with primitive, raku and stoneware firings. All levels will benefit from this week of simultaneously relaxed and focused attention to work and creative process. While the kilns are cooling we will go sailing, cooling the creative fire enough to take it home with us.

It is possible to schedule retreat time, with or without private lessons, before or after your workshop if you would like to extend your stay.
